What we collect

When you sign in with Google, Personal Vocab receives your name, email address, and Google profile image to create and show your account. We also store the words, phrases, idioms, spelling-practice items, and revision activity that you choose to save.

How we use your information

Your information is used only to provide your Personal Vocab dashboard, keep your learning progress available across devices, manage your plan or free trial, and respond to support requests.

Payments

If you submit payment details, we store the submitted name, email, payment phone number, transaction ID, amount, selected plan, and payment date for manual verification. We never ask for or store your bKash PIN, OTP, or account password.

Storage and access

Personal Vocab uses Firebase services to store account and learning data. Access to private dashboard data is restricted to the signed-in account that owns it. Public phrase and idiom collections are provided as learning content.

Your choices

You can edit or delete your saved words, personal phrases, personal idioms, and spelling-practice words from the dashboard. You can also sign out at any time.
